Schools can not legally punish you for protesting off campus outside of school hours as long as you do not make threats.

Schools can not legally tell you to stop wearing shirts that support gun control as long as they are not threats or graphic.

Schools can not legally punish you for expressing your views online as long as you are not making threats.

Schools can not punish you harsher than normal for a walkout. Meaning. If the school normally does a couple detentions for skipping class. Then when you do a walkout they suspend you?

That’s illegal.

A students right to free speech and right to peaceful protest does not dissolve on school grounds.
