It’s cold as heck where I live. I just had to draw some summer fun stuff. I think Andy and Debbie would go to the beach a lot in the summer months.
If anyone wanna draw their own oc on the beach feel free to join because I’m getting depressed of all this winter sadness. I wanna see more happy sun fun stuff. (I’m rambling a lot right now, sorry!)
before bed i wanted to show you guys my new cuphead fanboss.. his name is Rocky Rodriguez and he’s a racer!! his car’s name is Barb Burnout. still deciding the colors tho but yeah
I was talking with @mayadile about Elder Kettle signing up the boys for boy scouts so they can learn to behave better and become model citizens as younger kids. It clearly didn’t work. King Dice is a scoutmaster for some community service or something he has to do, just cause you work for The Devil doesn’t mean you’ll always get a free pass. Sally, her Husband, and Connie are also scoutmasters. Cuphead hates being here and Mugman kinda does too but he’s trying his best to learn some stuff at least. Cammie only joined girl scouts to eat cookies and play with the knife they give them, it’s the only sorta dangerous thing her papa will let her do!
As much as I like seeing Tazza with Lucille, something about Tazza’s recent doses of his own medicine have been fun to see, too. XD (The little thought bubbles are references to these: 1, 2, 3)
She’s happy to have a friend like Connie offer to help! Eleanor can usually keep her composure when she’s going through something stressful, but around someone like Connie, she would definitely let it loose.
Originally I was just gonna respond with text like usual, but then I started playing around with some sketches based off the idea. So, here’s what usually happens when one of the Cup siblings gets sick:
The three of them have a bad habit of trying to assure the others that they don’t feel that bad, and don’t need to rest (though Joe and Susen are more stubborn about trying to tough it out). If Susen’s sick, Joe is usually the one who drags her back to her room and tries to convince her to stay home. If it’s Joe, both Susen and Malton have to make sure Joe doesn’t try leaving the house.
If Malton is sick, Susen takes time off of work to look after him. If Susen or Joe are sick, Malton takes care of them, though he sometimes has a bad tendency to get carried away, almost to the point of coddling -checking in on the sick sibling frequently to see if they need anything. Usually when either Joe or Malton gets sick, Susen takes over most of the cooking and cleaning around the house, at least for the first few days, or until the sick sibling’s fever breaks.
Joe’s gone for most of the day, so he ends up not being able to do much to help out (which does nothing to settle his nerves). He’s usually the one who makes sure that they still have medicine or whatever other supplies might be needed. Either that or also tries to pitch in on whatever chores or errands need to be done. He tries his best not to worry, but he ends up not being able to sleep well. This results in Joe staying up all night to keep an eye on whoever’s sick. Just to make sure they’re getting enough rest, and should they wake up, he’ll see to it that he gets them whatever they need so they can go back to sleep. Between Malton and Susen, Malton is usually more persistent about making sure Joe doesn’t stay up all night.
