Since Cagney’s last name is Carnation, i wanted to try drawing him looking a bit more like one. Not sure if i’ll keep drawing him like this because boy is it time-consuming lmao.
Also, i am 100% onboard with the headcanon that he’s like a big brother or even uncle to the Deadly Daisies (and to Cuphead and Mugman, post-game) 👍🏽
