you have a guy who spent his entire life studying anthropology and travelling to countries around the world to learn their customs and practice their traditions and then in the very same class you have a guy who showed up with ten clowns who pull pranks on people. this is the same school rewards kids for gambling, being in gangs, and doing crimes in the yakuza.
